One contract signed

A single QBCC-compliant contract covers both the land purchase and fixed-price build. Your finance is arranged on the combined package price.

Colour selections

While approvals are processed, you attend a personalisation appointment to select colours, fixtures, and finishes from our standard inclusions range.

Keys at handover

Construction completes and we hand over the keys. Your new home is registered in your name, fully inspected and certified, ready to move in or rent.
